By booking a booth, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Market Hours
Friday: 1PM–7PM
Saturday: 11AM–6PM
Sunday: 10AM–4:30PM

💸 Booking & Payments
• All booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• This is a rain or shine market.
• Date changes must be requested in advance and may be subject to an administrative fee.

⏰ Load-In Times
Please arrive during your designated load-in window:
Friday: 11:30AM–1PM
Saturday: 8AM–10:30AM
Sunday: 8AM–10AM
Vendors arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their space to a waitlisted vendor.
Booth placements are assigned in advance and cannot be changed.

🚗 Parking, Setup & Breakdown
Setup
• Unload your vehicle first.
• Move your vehicle before setting up your booth.
• No booth setup is permitted while vehicles remain in the market area.
Breakdown
• Pack your booth completely before bringing your vehicle in for load-out.
• All vendors must be fully cleared from the market by closing.
Parking
Street parking is available nearby. Additional parking is available at Kezar Stadium.

⛺ Booth Requirements
Vendors must provide their own setup, including:
• Canopies/tents
• Tables
• Chairs
• Clothing racks
• Displays
Rental equipment may be available for pre-booking.
All canopies must be properly weighted and secured.
The market lot has a slight slope. Racks with wheels must have locking brakes or be weighted appropriately.

⚠️ Safety & Space Requirements
• All displays must remain within your assigned booth space.
• Do not extend into walkways or neighboring booths.
• Fire lane access must remain clear at all times.
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the market.
Vendors are responsible for any damage, injury, theft, or loss related to their booth or setup.
Insurance is strongly recommended.

We are a curated marketplace focused on sustainable shopping.
Accepted categories include:
• Vintage clothing
• Secondhand clothing
• Vintage home goods
• Secondhand home goods
• Handmade goods
• Original art
• Upcycled and sustainably made products
Not permitted:
• Fast fashion
• Mass-produced resale goods
• Drop-shipped products
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Tattoo, piercing, tooth gem, or body art services
• Food or beverage vendors without prior approval

🧾 Vendor Responsibilities
• Vendors are responsible for their own sales and sales tax reporting.
• Keep your booth clean, organized, and professional.
• Remove all trash and belongings when leaving.

🎵 Music
Personal booth music is welcome.
Please keep music family-friendly and at a respectful volume.
Music must be turned off after 4PM to accommodate the market DJ.

• No smoking, alcohol, or substances permitted.
• Treat fellow vendors, customers, and staff with kindness and respect.

📸 Photography & Marketing
By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos of your booth, products, and participation to be used in future marketing and promotional materials for the Haight Ashbury Flea.
