By submitting payment for your booth, you agree to the following terms & conditions
Booking + Payments
• All booth fees are non-refundable + non-transferable
• In case of rain, we will reschedule your booth space to an agreed upon date
•Date change requests must be made in advance and may include a small admin fee

🔐 Authorized Vendors Only
• Booth purchases are for approved vendors only
• Please do not share portal passwords or access codes
• Unauthorized purchases will not be honored or refunded and
may result in removal + future restriction

⏰ Arrival + Load-In
• Please arrive at your assigned load-in time
• If you are 30+ minutes late, your spot may be released to waitlist vendors
• Your booth placement is pre-assigned and not negotiable

🚗 Setup + Breakdown
• Unload first, then move your car before setting up
• No setting up while your car is in the market area
• All booths must be set up or close to set up by the start of market hours
At the end of the day:
• Pack up your booth first
• Then bring your car in to load out
• All vendors must be fully cleared out one hour after the event end time

⛺ Booth Setup + Safety
• You are responsible for your own setup + materials unless stated otherwise
• All tents/canopies must be properly weighted (important for safety)
• You are responsible for any damage, injury, or loss related to your setup
Insurance is recommended

🧾 Vendor Responsibilities
• You are responsible for your own sales + sales tax reporting
• Please keep your space clean, organized, and within your boundaries
• No trash left behind ♻️

• No alcohol, substances, or smoking permitted 🚫
• Please be kind, respectful, and collaborative with vendors, customers, and staff

📸 Media + Content
• By participating, you agree to allow photo/video of your booth + products for promotional use ✨

🚗 Parking
Parking can be limited, please plan ahead and arrive early.
Street parking is available nearby, as well as at Kezar Stadium.

🎼 Music Guidelines
Booth music is welcome.
Please keep playlists clean and appropriate,
as many families and children attend the market.

🧹 Clean Up
Vendors must leave their space clean. No trash, debris, or abandoned items.
Please pack out everything you bring in.

🛠️ Booth Setup
Vendors must bring all of their own setup, including canopies, tables, chairs, racks, and displays.
Rental options may be offered in the future, but are not currently guaranteed.
Most market days will include a communal fitting room and mirror, but this is not guaranteed.
Please plan accordingly.

⚠️ Safety + Layout
The lot has a slight slope for drainage.
If you are using racks with wheels, they must have brakes or be properly weighted and secured.
All booths must fit within their assigned marked space.
Do not extend beyond your booth lines.
This is a fire safety requirement and violations can result in removal or shutdown of the market.
Unless otherwise approved, all vendors must remain within their designated space.

🛍️ Display Expectations
• Displays must be clean, tidy, and intentional
• Use wooden, metal, or uniform hangers
• Organize items by color or style
• Strong merchandising is required and will be considered for future opportunities
• No personal speakers or sound systems, we’ll have a curated DJ playlist onsite 🎧
